David and I were so sad to leave Colorado! We had such a wonderful time! It was so refreshing and encouraging to be around such wonderful people in such an amazing landscape. These folks in the picture below were great to fellowship with. The wives would go on walks and talk and the men would hang out together. Almost every night we would sit around and talk til we all were almost falling asleep. This is where we all live: Florida, SC (soon to be MO), New Mexico, and Colorado. So, we don't get to get together often... but we're going to try!
Somehow, Caroline got about 57 people to do this exact thing (pictured with Leigh Ann below) with her. She would smile at them and encourage them to let her jump in their lap. It was cute and she is very persuasive.
Ok, yes this is a very posed picture - but we loved this spot! Even though we were sad to leave, we are looking forward to getting on with our move and getting to St. Louis! 9 days til we move!
Sad news - our luggage did not make it back from Colorado with us! So far, American Airlines has no idea where it is! Please pray they will find it and get it back to us!
