Caroline and I participated in our first 5K this morning! It was a frigid 22 degrees outside this morning - not typical for Columbia, SC. The race was appropriately named The Red Nose Run. We went with a friend of mine from grad school, Heather. We both want to be runners, but aren't yet, so we decided this would be a good time to start!
Of course, being the daughter of an Alpha Delta Pi, she got a picture with Ronald McDonald (The RM House is ADPi's national philanthropy).
She was severely bundled! She slept the entire time and seemed to enjoy it!
