On Christmas night we drove up to Gadsden to my parents house. We made it safely through the snow and ice :-) The next morning we had Christmas all over again.

Mark, Emalee and Alice were there too! I hadn't seen Alice since she was teeny-tiny... she's so cute and makes the cutest noises.

Sarah, KC, Elle, Evelyn, and Aubrey came up for the festivities after the roads thawed a bit. Mom, the constant crafter, kept everyone busy and having fun!

Alice enjoys getting to know her aunts and uncles. Here she is getting to know KC by sucking on his nose!

Mom gave her daughters a very special gift by passing down some of her jewelry to us. We were all thrilled and very humbled that she would be willing to share with us already! What beautiful rings we got!

Alice was a hit with her older cousins. Everyone wanted their turn taking care of the baby :-) Emalee is a very patient and calm mother letting all the little girls play with hers.

Here we are enjoying a soupfest lunch that mom prepared for all of us.

Poor Grandaddy went to help Alice take a nap when one by one each of his little grandaughters snuck into the bed with them. There was lots of giggling and tickling, but not much sleeping!

Here are Mimi and Grandaddy with half their grandchildren (5 out of 10)!

I liked that great report- what a fun & loving family :-). xo
Isn't it more typical that the kids are climbing OUT of bed--what a sweet thing that snuggle time with your dad is so attractive! :)
Love all the fun pics! Especially the sweet one of the girls snuggles with their grandaddy. And your mom looks amazing! Looks like you all had a very sweet Christmas!
