Christmas time!

Christmas 09 was a lot of fun. We are still in Alabama and we have had a fun time visiting family and friends. We started out at my parents house.

Christmas Eve my family opened gifts. We sure missed our brother and his family but they were there in spirit and with some super fun presents that the kids picked out for us from the dollar store (even the dogs got gifts!).

Mom and Dad had a hit gift by giving us all Wiis! Each couple opened them at the same time and we all starting screaming at the same time :-) Dad got a fun picture of the excitement. I think it is so funny that mom and dad gave this to us because they were ANTI video games at our house growing up. However, the wii is different and so fun :-) We've had many a bowling/golfing championships since opening the gifts.

Finally, the baby doll! Caroline got a mini version of my baby doll growing up. When she gets bigger she'll get mine! I was super into baby dolls as a little girl. My favorite doll's name was Silver Lips. If anyone told me that they were having a daughter named Silver Lips I would've totally thought that was a legitimate name, like Caroline, Catherine or Sarah. My sister named her because she had shiny lips. So here is Caroline's little silver lips - Silvie maybe? :-)
