This year was Caroline's first year to dress up for Halloween! She has a giraffe stuffed animal that she loves to treat like her baby. So, this year she dressed up as a momma giraffe and she held the baby giraffe.
John and Allison invited us over to their house for dinner and trick-or-treating. Their neighborhood was GREAT! It is nicknamed "Trick-or-treat Street" in St. Louis. It was a perfect way to start out trick-or-treating. She has really been enjoying her candy too :-)

Caroline was super cute (of course, I always think she's cute) the whole time. But she couldn't quite say Halloween, so she went up to all the candy-givers and said "Happy!" When they gave her candy she would say "tee-koe" which is her version of Thank You. I was proud of Miss Manners saying thank you all on her own.
She was also super brave. She was totally willing and able to talk up to the front doors without David or me helping her. She loves meeting new people, so this was a perfect activity for her!
