Our neighbor told us that we were obviously not first time parents with this trick with Elizabeth Joy :-)
Elizabeth Joy LOVES to stand. She always wants to stand in our arms or our laps. We remembered David's friend from high school had his daughter stand in his hand as he balanced her. So we gave it a shot and she was great at it!

Good gracious, you make me nervous! Pete's dad did this with all of them, and it was the test if they were trouble makers or not. If they could balance...look out. :)
my daddy did this with all three of us from about 2 months on. he said he is convinced it made our legs stronger and made us walk sooner. whatever. i think its awesome.

You have crazy athletic babies. The girl is only two months and has that much control over her body! Another little caroline.
