Ok, I admit it: I think Elizabeth Joy looks adorable when she cries. I think because she doesn't do it that often. But yesterday that all changed.
She has learned to both unswaddle herself and roll over in the same day. So, when I put her down for a nap swaddled, she gets out of it, wakes up and cries. Then if I put her down without being swaddled, she rolls over, wakes up and cries. Both are not fun for her and both have made her naps crazy short and her mood is quite sour. Poor thing. I know she'll get used to both developmental milestones soon, but in the meantime, she is just not quite as joyful as usual!
