Road trip to Birmingham!

I had a fun visit to Birmingham the past couple days! Sweet Dianne Waldron drove me and the girls down to see our family as she headed down to Auburn. Birmingham welcomed us with tornados and loss of power at Sarah's house! Here are the girls just as the power went out.

Big cousin Evelyn rocked Elizabeth Joy to sleep! Bruce and Karen flew in from Israel on Tuesday morning and came straight to Gadsden to see us! We felt so loved. In Gadsden, Caroline and I played outside most of the day because it was so gorgeous! Welcome Spring!! Wednesday we visited with Christine Rubino and her tiny baby Bella (I forgot to take a pic)! and then had lunch with Payton, Jenny and Karen! Elizabeth Joy was able to meet her Great Grandmother, Mama Ann! Mama Ann was adorable with her, loving on her baby great grandaughter! We had such a sweet visit. No pressure, but this picture would be cute to show at WEGP parents weekend in 2031! It was fun seeing Emily and her new baby Jackson! Thank you for letting us stay with you at the last minute, mom and dad! Caroline was NOT a fan of Elizabeth Joy crying on the way home. As EJ cried, Caroline would plug her ears and cry that Elizabeth Joy was giving her ears a boo boo. That last hour of the 9 hour drive was pretty miserable with the chorus of crying by my two sweeties! Dianne was quite the trooper!
