The Trebesh's Visit

Sunday night, David and I had two dear friends visit, Clint and Leigh Ann. We became friends with them when we lived in Colorado - while they were dating and engaged. We all worked together at Glen Eyrie, the headquarters and conference center for The Navigators.

David, Clint, and Leigh Ann all decided to join EDGE Corps at the same time and are now working as full-time staff in ministry - David at University of South Carolina and the Trebesh's at University of New Mexico. EDGE Corps is great because we are put in "classes" with people who all start together. We have summits together twice a year where everyone in the class gets together to encourage each other and learn more about how to be effective in ministry. Our highlight everytime we go is being able to spend time with Clint and Leigh Ann.

They are traveling around the country this summer (after just getting back from 5 weeks in Indonesia!) doing fundraising. Leigh Ann is from South Carolina and she has family that lives here in Columbia! So we were thrilled when we found out they were staying here for a night. As always, it was fun and encouraging to spend time with them.
